Supplier Invoices/Credit Notes

In Tech Cloud Profit , the concept of “invoice” includes the following documents:

  • The Customer Invoice
  • The Supplier Invoice
  • A Customer Credit Note or Customer Refund
  • A Supplier Credit Note or Supplier Refund

Only the invoice type and the representation mode differ for each of the four documents. But they are all stored in the same object type in the system.

Purchase Orders

Formal request or instruction from a purchasing organization to a vendor or a plant to supply or provide a certain quantity of goods or services at or by a certain point in time.

 

Goods Receivable Notes

Products received from suppliers against Purchase Orders, will be entered here. Products added here will reflect in Inventory used in Stock Adjustment, Warehouse transfer, Stores Request, Sales, Direct Sales, Service store request, etc.,

Payments

There are different ways to record payments to GL accounts but the most efficient way in FA is through the GL payment system. Payments to suppliers, miscellaneous purchases, etc. can be entered here. The Quick Entries method is the fastest way to enter simple, reoccurring payments.

 

Allocations

Tech Cloud Profit allows you to browse and allocate customer locations.
